Andy's Luck

I came home really excited about the $78.25 I got from returning 2 books, my calculus text book and solutions manual. Andy from 2 doors down left the room saying "I want to go return my five books!" He came back a few minutes ago on the phone with a towing company. They stole his booted car. It costs $150 dollars to get it back, plus the $150 he owes on parking tickets. "That's three hundred dollars on a car I bought for five hundred!" Then I suggested hopefully, "Hey at least you have book-return money for five books..?" Turns out he got 7 dollars back for 5 books.
