Lemon Cleanse Day Three

I've decided to start over. I ate lunch today. But I had already decided that I was going to start over. I'm staring over because I am supposed to have been drinking herbal tea at night before I go to bed, starting the night before I start the fast. Also, I read it's pretty good to drink a cup of warm water with uniodized salt mixed in each morning. So today I went to Smiths and bought a box of laxitive Herbal Tea and a container of salt. Tonight I'll drink my tea with my nose plugged (I don't like tea very much at all), and tomorrow morning I'll drink my saltwater with my nose plugged, then drink lemonade all day. This means Thursday will be my first day and.. Saturday the tenth day. Sunday and Monday I'll drink only Orange juice. Then Tuesday I'll drink orange juice for breakfast, fruit for lunch, and salad for dinner. After that I'm supposed to be back to normal! I'm excited. Wish me luck. Tomorrow is my Official First Day of the Lemonade Diet.
